How it works for this
With more than one animal, add one item per animal — "Flea treatment (Mishka)" — so a completion cannot be recorded against the wrong one. Each keeps its own history.
The intervals shipped with the starter pack are common ones, not veterinary advice. Set each one to what the product you use or your vet says, and change it whenever that changes.
